As many of you know, I am a staff writer for an amazing online resource for creatives, Fstoppers.com. With this job comes lots of awesome perks to work with other photographers in the industry and get the latest and greatest insight on new businesses and products. This spring a new business called, Dream Shoot Rentals, caught my eye. I immediately contacted the great, Lindsay Adler, who is a fashion photographer in New York and launched this idea earlier this year. Her new business is offering photographers the ability to rent high-end couture dresses for a fraction of the cost of buying these one of a kind pieces.  To read the article in full please see the publication here.

She allowed me to create my own dream shoot with her line. I knew I wanted to do something styled with a senior as there aren’t that many styled senior shoots out there. I fell in love with this dreamy cream dress and lace mask. My plan was simplicity, and to build the shoot around gorgeous sunlight. I enlisted the gorgeous Alex to be my model. I photographed her senior pictures this past Fall and she was a dream. I knew her long dark hair would pop against my simple neutral background. We photographed out at Binder Park in Jefferson City. This may be one of my favorite shoots of all time!
