Back to blogging and it feels so good! This winter has been a busy one, looking forward to sharing what I have been up to for the last couple of months very soon! We have had so many sunny and warm days this winter, it worked out great to photograph our senior models one last time before they graduate in May. I adore each and every one of these ladies and I can’t wait to see where life takes them. We decided to have a little bonfire down at the river access…. I love how this shoot turned out!
I was so honored to be apart of this editorial for the Jefferson City Magazine for the January/February edition. The venue at White Mule Winery was the perfect spot to highlight this rustic fall shoot. Special thanks to the models and vendors involved that made this shoot possible. The magazine is on stands now!

I am so giddy with this gorgeous session! Since we have more senior models this year than years past, I decided to do two styled shoots instead of one large shoot. The first shoot, was the beach inspired theme and the other shoot was an apple orchard theme. Funny thing, this shoot didn’t work out as planned due to the weather, it turned out way better than my original idea! Melissa at La Sienne is a master at hair and she came up with these vintage volume styles. I love how it all came together!
These ladies were such a joy to photograph and we had a beautiful evening! We started photographing in the main orchard and the farm kitty kept photo-bombing all our shots. She loved Amber! We decided to let the kitty be apart of our shoot, you may spot her in these photos :)
Special thanks to Fisher Pumpkin Patch for allowing us to use their gorgeous orchards and La Sienne Salon and Spa for the hair and make-up! I am so excited to work with these ladies again and more 2016 seniors! I have officially started booking for the summer and fall. Don’t wait to book, I do have limited appointments!
Happy Valentine’s Day! This is one of my favorite holidays as it celebrates the greatest gift of all, love. This year my 2015 senior models were the stars of this styled shoot. I love getting this group together; I can’t believe they will be graduating in the next couple of months. Thanks for freezing with me during the shoot, and special thanks to Janelle Harris for the darling water-colored valentines. Don’t forget to tell your loved ones how loved they are!
