Back to blogging and it feels so good! This winter has been a busy one, looking forward to sharing what I have been up to for the last couple of months very soon! We have had so many sunny and warm days this winter, it worked out great to photograph our senior models one last time before they graduate in May. I adore each and every one of these ladies and I can’t wait to see where life takes them. We decided to have a little bonfire down at the river access…. I love how this shoot turned out!
This girl, love her! Maggie is one awesome lady, look out world, she is going places. I adore her sweet and kind personality, she sure knows how to light up a room. For her senior pictures, we were able to shoot somewhere special to her and her family, her grandparents old farm. She spent many hours on the farm spending time with family, and it made the perfect spot to get some photos with her horses. After we shot out at the farm, we opted for some downtown and Capital pictures for an urban look. Congrats on your senior year Maggie!

I started photographing 2016 senior last month, and it has been so fun working with all these wonderful ladies! Rylee is a senior at JC High and also one of my senior models this year. I was so excisted for her individual shoot, she is a knock-out the camera loves her! Rylee has such a sweet personality, this girl is going to move mountains. I am so giddy with this gorgeous session! Since we have more senior models this year than years past, I decided to do two styled shoots instead of one large shoot. The first shoot, was the beach inspired theme and the other shoot was an apple orchard theme. Funny thing, this shoot didn’t work out as planned due to the weather, it turned out way better than my original idea! Melissa at La Sienne is a master at hair and she came up with these vintage volume styles. I love how it all came together!
These ladies were such a joy to photograph and we had a beautiful evening! We started photographing in the main orchard and the farm kitty kept photo-bombing all our shots. She loved Amber! We decided to let the kitty be apart of our shoot, you may spot her in these photos :)
