Congrats Mr & Mrs Henderson! I have had so much fun getting to know these two over the past year! They are one of the sweetest couples I have ever met. They met in law school while attending Mizzou and began their happily ever after. The two tied the knot in October at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Jefferson City, Missouri and held their reception at La Maison. The week of the wedding, Meghan and I began preparing for what the weather man called a “wash out” that weekend. Since Meghan works in the Capitol, we scouted out several indoor locations in case of rain. The day began as expected, gloomy and rainy, but just as Meghan slipped into her wedding dress the clouds parted and gave way to a beautiful sunny day. It was also just in time for their first look which took place on the Capitol steps. Michael was so excited to see his beautiful bride!
We started the day at Michael and Meghan’s home they just purchased. All the guys got ready while watching some football. If you think you are seeing double while scrolling through this wedding, the groom does have a twin brother :) The girls got ready over at the Double Tree Hotel while enjoying mimosa’s. They had a traditional catholic ceremony in the gorgeous St. Peter’s Church. They were all smiles as they exchanged rings and sealed the deal. After the ceremony, we headed out to soak up the sunshine in downtown Jefferson City. The reception kicked off with a cocktail hour and plenty of scenery for the guests to enjoy. La Maison is beautiful this time of the year! After several heart-felt toasts and cake cutting they danced the night away. So happy for you two, I can’t wait to watch your family grow!
