2016 Senior Model Styled Shoot – Fugitive Beach, Rolla Missouri

It is so exciting to finally be able to share our 2016 senior model styled shoots! This year I have 12 gorgeous, talented, and amazing young women as apart of my team. They represent high schools in Jefferson City, Columbia, and Westphalia. We are planning some really neat things this year and I can’t be more excited to work with these ladies again.

Since the group is the largest I have ever had, I decided to photograph two styled shoots instead of one. We did a styled beach shoot and an apple orchard styled shoot. I can’t wait to share all of them, but first is the beach shoot at Fugitive Beach in Rolla, Mo. I remember shooting at this location years ago before it became Fugitive Beach. It has changed so much since I had been there. It was the perfect spot to pull off a beach look in central Missouri.

Farewell Class of 2014

Congratulations to the Class of 2014! I had an amazing time photographing all these lovely high school senior ladies and gents. I photographed over 30 seniors from St. James, JC High, Helias, Southern Boone, Linn, and Rock Bridge. I can’t believe the year has went by so fast. I am always a little sad to see a class graduate, but I know these beautiful young men and women will do great things. It has been a pleasure getting to know each and everyone of you and your families. I look forward to see where life takes you. We are currently booking 2015 seniors for the summer and fall!

Welcome Class of 2015!

Editorial Shoots, Seniors 4 . 2 . 14

I am so excited to be kicking off the year with an amazing editorial shoot with our 2015 senior models! This group of girls have won my heart. They are sweet, gorgeous, and so much fun! We have seven models this year representing Jefferson City High, Helias, Southern Boone, Rock Bridge, and Tolton High School. When I started coming up with ideas for this shoot, I wanted to do something with an editorial flare. We decided to do two different looks. One downtown Jefferson City and then something unique.

When riding my bike one evening, I saw that one our neighbors had a neat vintage VW bus and truck. I fell in love with that idea. Big thanks to Joe Raithel for allowing us to use his property for our VW shoot. Catherine Crum the Salon styled all of our girl’s hair and make-up. They always do an amazing job and will be offering our seniors the option to add on hair and make-up to any session this year. River City Florist also provided gorgeous floral crowns, petals, and other arrangements for this shoot. I am so grateful to be around wonderful and creative people!

We are officially booking 2015 seniors for the fall and summer. Last year, we booked several months out. This year, I am bringing on an associate photographer, Janelle Harris. There will be two of us shooting seniors this year! She has been second shooting weddings with my studio for two years now. She is wonderful and loves photographing seniors as much as I do.
